Who we are

Cleared is an independent practice service, not connected to any aviation authority or exam provider; Not affiliated below lists which ones. Our questions are our own practice questions, not real exam questions.

Your account and the trial

You can try Cleared without an account. Your first answer starts a 7-day trial with full access, without payment details. After that you can practise 10 questions a day for free. Mock exams and the tutor are part of a plan.

An account is personal. Do not share your sign-in links. If you create an account during the trial, your progress comes with you.

Plans and payment

You choose a monthly plan, a quarterly plan or a one-off plan with 18 months of access. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. The one-off plan does not renew.

You pay through Mollie. The price is shown with the plan, in your region's currency, and is final: tax is included. We announce a price change for a running subscription at least 30 days ahead.

With a subscription, your first payment authorises us to collect the following payments automatically with the same payment method. If an automatic payment fails, Mollie tries again for a few days and you keep access in that time. If it still fails, your access stops until you pay again.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription whenever you like, under Account or on the Plans page. You keep access until the end of the paid period; nothing is charged after that. We do not refund part of a period unless the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that right ends once delivery starts, if you expressly agree to that beforehand. That is why we ask you, before you pay, to agree that Cleared starts straight away and to confirm that you know your right of withdrawal then ends. We keep a record of that consent.

What you may do with the content

You use Cleared for your own training. You may not copy, collect with software or redistribute questions, explanations or lessons.

The tutor uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Always check important points with your instructor.

No guarantee of passing

Cleared helps you practise, but it does not replace your training. Exam rules and formats change; we keep them as current as we can and name our sources, but the rules of your authority and exam provider always come first. We do not guarantee that you pass.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence and as far as the law does not allow a limitation.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep Cleared available, but maintenance or outages can happen. We may block an account in case of abuse. If we change these terms we announce it beforehand; changes do not apply retroactively.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection the law of your own country gives you. Disputes go to the court in Zwolle, unless the law lets you choose another court.

Not affiliated

Cleared is not affiliated with EASA, CBR, ILT, UK CAA, FAA, PSI, Transport Canada, and CASA. We use the names of authorities and exam providers only to say which exam you practise for.
