Cookies

Necessary cookies

We always use these, because Cleared does not work without them: better-auth.session_token and better-auth.session_data keep you signed in, also during a trial without an account. NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language, cleared-region the region you opened last, and cleared-consent your choice about cookies.

In your browser's storage we keep your theme and, without an account, your best game scores. That data does not leave your browser.

Statistics, only with consent

If you agree, we measure with PostHog in the EU how Cleared is used: which pages you visit and steps such as choosing a region, your first practice question, a mock exam and a purchase. PostHog sets a cookie starting with ph_ for that. We use this only to improve Cleared, never for advertising.

Changing your choice

Through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page you can change your choice whenever you like.
